and JoAnne Price Scholarship Endowment |
Available to individuals who graduated
from high school within the preceding five years and enroll full
time. Priority preference given to graduates from: 1) Park County,
2) Big Horn Basin counties of Big Horn, Hot Springs and Washakie,
and 3) state of Wyoming. Awarded with preference to, but not limited
to, financially needy recipients with demonstrated leadership ability,
above average grades and high moral/ethical character. Must maintain
a 2.5 or better GPA and full-time status for renewal. Award may continue
after obtaining an NWC Associate Degree for those continuing full
time at the University of Wyoming to obtain undergraduate degrees.
Recipients assume a moral obligation to work three years in Wyoming
within eight years following completion of educational goals or pay
back one half of the amount received. Application contains additional

character, leadership, and clean living standards are a priority

Available to Cody High School
seniors who will attend full time the fall semester following graduation.
Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and/or 20 ACT score. Involvement in school
and/or community activities considered. Financial need is a consideration.
Applicant must submit a 500-word personal statement explaining the
activity that the applicant has contributed to and how this involvement
will help meet future goals. This scholarship is renewable if recipient
reaches sophomore standing, continues to enroll full-time and maintains
a 2.5 GPA. The number of awards and values varies. Provided by the
Cody High School Class of 1949.

| Today's Choices for Tomorrow (TCT) Scholarship Endowment |
This scholarship is a graduation incentive program for middle and high school students. It is being established to offer student support with a focus on the reduction in the rates of academic failure, school dropouts, and disciplinary infractions. Satisfactory performance in the program will be financially rewarded on a semester by semester basis. All funds earned by students are held on account until their graduation from high school, at which time the money can be accessed to help pay for costs of post-secondary education or training. Students must have and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. They will also be involved in healthy youth activities and participate in community service, follow school and local laws, and demonstrate positive behavior as a role model for younger students.
