Welcome to the Nursing website at Northwest College! We offer various programs to students interested in nursing as a career. Those programs are:

  • a Certified Nurses Aide course and/or certificate,
  • a Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate,
  • an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing,
  • an Associate of Science degree in Allied Health.

These options are available to suit your personal situation and career goals, or to help you make the decision that is best for you. Depending on the course of study you take, you are eligible to sit for an exam that can license you as a CNA, LPN, or RN.

Our Nursing Degree Program is accredited by the NLNAC (National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission) located at 61 Broadway, 33rd floor, New York, NY 10006 and it qualifies you to sit for the NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses). The information on this website contains course requirements, estimated costs, and admission infomation, along with prerequisite requirements for the Nursing program.

If you are interested in any of our offerings, please review the specific program of interest, complete an application or letter of intent, or call us. We will be happy to assist you in your professional journey!
