Borrowers are responsible for all equipment
checked out. Destruction or excessive wear will be assessed
accordingly and charged to the student 's NWC account.

Some items will require a deposit which
is refundable. Deposit will be forfeited for late check-ins
or damaged equipment.

Equipment is generally available for
individual use; however group check outs can be arranged.

Check outs are for one to seven days
at a time, except by special arrangements.

Deposits may be made by check or cash.

Some items may require permission of
the Co-Op Manager for check out. Some items may require
a release and assumption of risk statement. Some items
are restricted due to class use.
- Some items will not be available for checkout at certain
times of the semester as they will be used for classes.
- Student ID#, local address and phone number will be
required at time of checkout.
- *Equipment is to be returned ONLY when there is a staff
member to check equipment in, do not leave equipment outside
the CO-OP. If that equipment is stolen or lost it will
be charged to the student's NWC account.
- *Equipment that is returned when a staff member is not
present will result in ta charge of $5.00 placed on your
student account.
- *Equipment that is returned dirty and/or wet will result
in a $5.00 cleaning fee being charged to your student
account.
- *Kayaks will only be checked out to stuednts who have
taken the PEAC 1285 Beginning Kayaking course or an equivalent
course thoguht Gradient Mountain Sports or another instructional
program.
